City district
A city district, also known as an urban district or neighbourhood, is a designated administrative division that is generally managed by a local government. It is used to divide a city into several administrative units. City districts are used in Russia (raion), Pakistan and Croatia (Croatian: gradski kotar or gradska četvrt). The term is also the English translation for the German Stadtbezirk; French arrondissements; Dutch stadsdeel; Swedish stadsdel and Polish dzielnica.
How these numbers are calculated
Each number comes from the Pythagorean system applied to the title “City district”: the Destiny number uses all letters, the Heart’s Desire uses vowels only, and the Dream number uses consonants only. Letter values are summed and reduced until a single digit or master number (11, 22, 33) is reached.
