A city limit is a border of a city. The term is often used as the plural city limits, for the entire boundary. The area within city limits can be called the city proper. Related are the corporate limits (or corporation limits) of a city, which define the jurisdiction of its municipal corporation. In some countries, city limits can be expanded through municipal annexation.
How these numbers are calculated
Each number comes from the Pythagorean system applied to the title “City limits”: the Destiny number uses all letters, the Heart’s Desire uses vowels only, and the Dream number uses consonants only. Letter values are summed and reduced until a single digit or master number (11, 22, 33) is reached.
