The Heart Chakra is the center of the entire energy system — it bridges the three lower (physical) chakras with the three upper (spiritual) chakras. It is the seat of love, compassion, forgiveness, and genuine connection to others and to life itself. In numerology, Anahata resonates most deeply with Life Path 6 energy: the Nurturer's unconditional love, sense of beauty, and gift for healing through care. When the Heart is open, we love freely and receive love fully. When it is closed, we either control relationships or cannot let anyone truly in.
